We have a modern and fully equipped service centre. Our team is experienced and trained on DJI products. Our company offers complete customer support 24h 7 days per week. We have invested in a big DJI spare parts stock thus having the opportunity to provide immediate repair services within 5 days. For professional users we provide repair within 24 hours and in difficult cases where more time is demanded, we are in a position to offer replacement drone until we have completed your drone’s service.

We will receive your drone from any part of Greece, run a free technical control and inform you on the repair time and cost. We will not proceed to any repair work unless we have your approval. In any other case, your drone will be sent back and you will be charged only with the shipping costs.

A check flight always follows the completion of repair services.

How it works:

 

STEP 1: GET IN TOUCH

Email info@dronescanner.gr with your issue and we will review your request and send you an email with instructions on how to send your drone to our service centre.

 

STEP 2: ASSESSMENT

Once we receive your drone, it will be booked into our service centre for assessment.

 

STEP 3: DIAGNOSIS & QUOTE

Our drone technicians will diagnose the problem and contact you with an estimated cost. The quote will include parts, labour and shipping cost. In case of a problem regarding mainly cameras and RC, we may have to send these parts to DJI for a quote and with your consent for a repair. This procedure may take 30-40 days depending on the problem.

 

STEP 4: SERVICE

Following the approval of the quote, our skilled technicians will proceed to your drone repair. Be aware that occasionally, in difficult cases, we need to order parts from DJI and this may extend the whole process.

 

STEP 5: FINAL TESTING

Once your drone repair is completed we will bench test and fly your craft to ensure your drone is in full working order.

 

STEP 6: CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

You will receive an email or a call from our team letting you know that your repair has been completed, as well as payment details.

 

STEP 7: RETURN

After having received your payment we will get your drone straight back to you on the courier so you can get out flying again!
